The challenge
Orders, stock and invoices lived in spreadsheets and three disconnected tools. Month-end closing took two weeks and nobody had a real-time view of stock across warehouses.
Our solution
We mapped every workflow with the operations team, then delivered a modular ERP in phases: inventory and warehouse management, sales and route ordering via a mobile app for field reps, delivery tracking, and accounting with tax-compliant invoicing, all integrated with the bank and existing POS.
